- Requirements

- OR insert the word or excel document which holds the survey / questionnaire used.
2. Planning
- Feasibility Report - present three different options and then assess them to arrive at one recommendation.
3. Designing
- Select the diagrams which fit the system you are designing / planning.

4. Implementation
- Describe each implementation method and justify which one you consider should be used for this project.

- Provide evidence - how do you know your project is acceptable / successful? Have any minor changes been made - if YES why?
